1. Order Placement & Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on the Site. By placing an order, you warrant that you
are of legal age and provide accurate, complete information (name, address, contact details) for delivery
and communication.

All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons
including, but not limited to, product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
You will be notified via email or phone if your order is canceled.

Order confirmations are not a guarantee of acceptance—final acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order
for delivery.
2. Payment Terms

We exclusively offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method for all orders. No other payment options
(credit cards, checks, digital wallets) are accepted.

Payment must be made in cash to the delivery driver upon receipt and inspection of your Products. You may
inspect the Products at the time of delivery to verify condition, quantity, and accuracy before making
payment.

Failure to provide cash at the time of delivery will result in the delivery being rescheduled or canceled.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by insufficient cash availability.
3. Delivery & Inspection

Delivery times are estimated based on your location and will be communicated at the time of order
confirmation. We strive to deliver orders within the stated timeframe but do not guarantee specific delivery
dates.

You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible delivery address. We are not liable for delayed or
failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information, or if no one is available to accept
the delivery.

Upon delivery, you must inspect the Products immediately. If any items are damaged, defective, or incorrect,
you may refuse to accept the delivery or pay for the affected items. Notify the delivery driver and contact
our customer support within 24 hours to report issues.
4. Returns & Refunds

You may request a refund or exchange for Products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect within 14 days
of delivery. Returns for unused, unopened Products are also accepted within 14 days, provided they are in
their original packaging and condition.

To initiate a return, contact our customer support with your order ID and details of the issue. We will
arrange for the return of the Products at no cost to you.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned Products.
Refunds are issued in cash (via in-person collection or delivery, depending on your location) or as store
credit, at our discretion.

Used, damaged (due to misuse), or non-defective Products returned without prior authorization are not
eligible for refunds or exchanges.
5. Product Information & Availability

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images, and pricing on the Site. However,
we do not warrant that product information is error-free, complete, or current.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any
product at any time. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable after order placement, we will notify you
and offer a refund or alternative product of equal value.

information (as payment is made directly to the delivery driver).
